What began as private coaching on Brownes Beach is now the founding Hub of the Blue Empire — Barbados' national aquatic credentialing standard, workforce pipeline, and data platform. DSA is where it was built and proven; Blue Empire is what it becomes everywhere else. Three pillars carry that mission:
